What do you make of the far-fetched stories Noal told Mat? We know he's Jain Farstrider but his stories seem implausible. Are we seriously expected to believe there's a whole new race of giant people in Shara? Or some of his other tall tales?
Could it be that we're meant to conclude that while Jain Farstrider was a heroic warrior and great adventurer his stories were so riveting exactly because he invented them or improved them to a great extent?
