Yea, and the Broken Wolf, the one whom Death has known, shall fall and be consumed by the Midnight Towers. And his destruction shall bring fear and sorrow to the hearts of men, and shall shake their very will itself.

It's referring to Noal (Farstrider), he's been broken by Moridin (Death) and died at the Finns (Towers of Midnight)...I guess we'll get to see the fear & sorrow in the last book

I find this unlikely.

First, Noal has no connection to the wolves that I can see, so he does not fit the broken wolf.

Second, I find it very improbable that Noal's death would break the will of men. As far as the general public is concerned, Farstrider is already dead or otherwise missing, and they are not all that bothered by that. Even if Mat and Thom reveal to the world the truth, they will do so in such a way that shows Noal as a hero who nobly sacrificed his life to save his traveling companions, including Mat (vital ta'veren) and Moiraine (vital to the world). If anything, news of his death would bolster morale, and encourage others to show equal courage and nobility.

It's a "DARK" prophecy...unlikely to be uplifting to the "lighties"...spoiler alert...they may be lies!
