The Seanchan had an army numbering in the hundreds of thousands in Altara with hundreds of damane in it. The Seanchan general specifically asked for all their nearby damane to be given to his command.

Rand brought 50 out of 1k available Asha'man and 5k support troops and the only reason the battle ended in a stalemate was because he lost control of Callandor and decimated his own troops.

How you would qualify that as a damane victory is beyond me.
