To a reader who is a bit more critical than your average 14-year-old girl, it is obvious that a great deal of the structure and quality of Jordan's ending has been significantly diminished, if not outright ruined.
There is only one person in the world that I truly value a critique opinion of WoT - that's Harriet. And she says it's good.
For me as a reader, I don't see any problem with the structure of the book. For example, CoT, if you remember, also had scenes starting earlier than WH. So what? I'm old enough and smart enough to understand what goes where and when. It adds a bit of excitement to the story, actualy. And frankly, Brandon left plenty of clues for fans that want to know the timeline.
What was the purpose of Graendal?!
