This is probably so far into the realm of something that won't happen that it's probably not worth posting but I wanted to get some of your thoughts on it anyway.
Do you think it's possible that when Rand used the Portal Stone in TGH after Selene (Lanfear) told him to that he didn't bring the four of them back to the true world? Perhaps Lanfear tricked him into taking them to another world that closely resembles the true world in order to maybe put him in a situation where it would be easier for...
A) the shadow to win, or
B) bring Rand under her control...
It sounds stupid even as I'm typing it but something like that would be a pretty big twist nearing the final battle. I don't think Jordan would use the scenario in that fashion but I thought it was a little thought provoking all the same.
