It still would be nice to have a direct confirmation by BS, if Graendal was the person who directly killed Asmo in the end of TFoH, or just the one who ordered a "tool" like Slayer to do it for her so that she is "just" responsible for it (as it is told in ToM). Maybe someone will ask him.
Yes, perhaps someone will. I will bark up the France tree; that will probably be our last opportunity for a while. But they said they couldn't really find a good way to put it in, and that doesn't fit with Graendal ordering Slayer IMO, as her scene with him would have been the perfect opportunity.
