Yes. The viewings, as the pattern weakens, are less accurate, or sometimes just wrong. I'm not saying that was intended to have happened in this instance; just that it was pre-established (I believe in interviews, not in the text of the book), so there is precedent for Min's viewing not to have been fulfilled.
