After Perrins hammer is forged, Berelain tells Faile how long its been, then mentions : "..thats a strong Talent that boy has.." (dont have book here right now, quote may not be exact)
To me this seems to imply it is the Blacksmith that is the essential and Talented component, not just the channeler. Another 'lost Talent' re-emerging?
Or is this just in reference to Ta'veran?
