I don't really know why, I just like her. She manages to be important and threatening even though she isn't the flashiest or the most powerful or beautiful. The other Forsaken don't respect her but acknowledge that she can be dangerous. And she has a (upper?) middle class background.

I hope things will turn out better for her. RJ wouldn't allow a villain to go down gloriously but I can hope. May she do something terrible..
Mesaana is good too.
What was with Moghedien thinking a few books ago how she's "never be afraid again", right when Rand was cleansing Saidin. So far nothing's really come out of that, but I thought that was a really interesting POV that would be exploited in the books.
