I didnt really get her 'defeat'. Egwene willed her mind against her and made her into a pumpkin head?

It was kind of anti climactic and didnt make much sense.

It made sense. The World of Dreams is a battle of wills/dreamer talent, not weaves. Wounds there are real, so the crushed mind wasn't out of place.

Anti-climatic, well yes. It was ok, but awesome would have been Perrin running across her and he had done it. Ah well.
