Fuck Tor/MacMillan. I've written them an email saying I'll go to the library or pirate online any of their books before I'll buy another one from them if they follow through with their plans to screw people this way and try to force customers to buy a printed edition.
what is the price of the e-book compared to the hardcover? I assume the e-book would be like 9.99 or something and the hardcover is selling for like a lot more, depending on the store. I assume they do this because otherwise they would be cutting their own sales.
If the price of the e-book is over $15, I would probably just get the hardcover, but that's me.
SO No ebook release?

There is a nasty rumor of it being as long as a year for the ebook. *NM*

The hardcover is selling for around $16 on Amazon. The Kindle edition was about $2 less.

I think ebooks are cheaper to produce. More money for publishers.
