Yeah, I was excited when I read that part, too.

It leaves me with one of two conclusions to make.

1) Being ripped out of T'A'R was the method by which the pattern spun her out this time around, and all is really hunky dory.

2) She was unbound by the ripping, and with her actions in TG will be re-bound. (however, if this is true, and if people's theory of Nynaeve ripping Rand out of T'A'R after he dies is true, this could have repercussions and makes the theory more implausible in my eyes.)

Either way, it's nice to know she's still/will be bound to the wheel.
