My guess is that either Cyndane or Moghedien will survive.
Cyndane (Lanfear) is too obsessed with LTT/Rand to retreat from any confrontation that involves Rand and his girls. Although, I will give her a very small benefit of the doubt as she is currently enslaved via cour'souvra, and could be away from the main battles due to some errand.

Moghedien, I think and hope, will survive. IDK why but it feels right that she survive the Last Battle. I hope Graendal survives as well. She is one canny villain, and I like her.
