Unify: yes, but not set themselves apart. Oaths: I don't think so.

Though Cannoli's post is very good, I disagree.
In the AoL there were male and female AS, but the AS didn't set themselves apart, nor bind themselves like criminals.
Their error was one of reaching for too much instead of accepting their natural limitations (working with different parts of the One Power). It was more greed and hubris than gender.
Third Age AS made the mistake of setting themselves apart. The oaths/binder make them LOOK different. Without them, they'll blend in. Plus, the AS are childish brats, and immature, compared to the non-bound women who can channel: Windfinders, Wise Ones, Kin, and wilders.
Look at Sharina. Siuan already says they need scores more of her, and scores less of Romanda/Lelaine. Who is bound and who isn't?
Spot on on the personal relationships coming to the fore. And this has already been foreshadowed. Early on, the Asha'men (Flinn?) says something about how nice it is having their families there and them being able to know they are OK all the time (bonded to a non-channeler like Min).
Plus, Siuan and Byrne have agreed to marry, and she is Blue, where that is forbidden.
Prediction: the Towers unite, but also expand out, and allow marriages more often. And bond non-channeling significant others.
Aes Sedai, of either gender, will become servants of all again. Anyone who can channel will be trained, and their talents utilized. There will be no putting out among them.

Will the Black Tower & White Tower unite & if so will men take the 3 oaths?

Hopefully no, and it seems like the themes point against it.
