I skim read all of Perrin's POV and I skipped Faile's. To date, I have never read completely read her POV's after she is captured.

Mat and Tuon are the only reasons I was able to get through COT. I don't know about others, but I skim read through all the 11 books the first time in about 14 days. TGH and TSR were probably the only ones I read 'properly' the first time. Then I went back to EOTW and started reading again more slowly, but I still skipped the Perrin storyline from TPOD to KOD.
