Not connected just thought i'd put both points in this post

How is that thirteen very weak women can overcome any male regardless of his strength when it's repeatedly stated how linking doesn't add strengths? does this imply that even the weakest of channellers have more than a thirteenth of Rand's strength? is this ever explained?

also if aiel wanted to know about shara why didn't the WO just dreamwalk there? sure there wouldn't be people there but they could have a look around, or was it just a case of them not being at all curious?

lastly if channelling has no part of dreamwalking why didn't moghedien find nynaeve's dream drag her out and compel her to take it off when she woke?

A circle doesn't increase strength it increase effectiveness.... Think of it like two AS with the same strength and one of them has a Talent for Healing and the other one doesn't. Better yet think of it like Samitsu? healing better than Casuane even though she is much weaker.

Think of the Gateway woven by the 13 AS to get the army to Tar Valon. It was much larger than 13 times larger than Rand's and they are clearly not as strong as he is to even get to the 13x mark. A circle imbues its members with Talent aka increased effectiveness which appears to be strength and for all intents and purposes it is, just not the typical volume to effect ratio because it is refined so to speak.

As for Moghedien, I believe the problem was that the adam is part of you, I think it blocks Dreaming all together, but even if it doesn't if she even thought about using TAR to hurt her captor she wouldn't be able to go there until she convinced herself she would not use it to hurt them
