I live in Canada and I did the following to buy the Prologue. I went on Amazon.com and downloaded the free Kindle program for PC. I then bought and downloaded the Prologue on the Kindle reader from Amazon.
Easy as that. I remember last year I had problems getting it, because I was not in the States, but this way seems to work for everybody.
