Moiraine has already saved Rand (Fulfilling the viewing) before she "dies".

I'm not sure how good that interpretation is. I haven't done a re-read in a very long time and I'm not sure on the chronology of min's viewing and moiraine's "death"

I'm also not sure if min "knows" when a viewing is fulfilled...
