I think it will be Lopin or an ever more minor character than he is. Probably Lopin to get Mat more pissed off.
I agree with you though, I think it's fairly obvious that Noal is supposed to be the 3rd. My bet for the dead person is either a random soldier, or possibly Talmanes. Given Nalesean demise it would fit to kill off Mat's other Lt. In the same way.
