I think they'd need to actually be Aiel for this to even come close to happening, and they're a bunch of Cairhienen nobles for the most part?

I think the real remnant of a remnant of the Aiel will be the Gai'shain who survive the LB. Possibly you can lump some tinkers in there, too. I think most of the fighting Aiel will be wiped out during TG, and the ones that will have a chance at surviving after that are the Aiel who were Gai'shain at the time or took to it permanently in a twisty resemblance of the Way of the Leaf.

Aiel = Remnant of the original Aiel

Gai'shain = Remnant of the remnant of original Aiel.
