1. Early on in the book, Faile is kidnapped by darkfriend Atha'an Miere. We are then treated to several hundred pages of Perrin swimming after them (he is too distraught to think of getting a ship himself) thinking about how NOTHING MATTERS BUT FAILE.

2. Shortly after Moiraine brusquely dismisses her rescuers, she is met by Cadsuane, and the two of them Travel to Rand. Min gasps when she sees the three of them together, prompting Rand to ask if she has had a viewing. "Yes," she explains. "Rand, you must never do anything again, anything at all, without being expressly commanded to do so by both of these women. The fate of the world depends on it!"



Know that these are actual scenes from Towers of Midnight. It's going to happen. Believe it. Accept it.
