Why do Myrrdraal have a sexual appetite for human women?

A Myrrdraal's parents are Trollocs and they like to eat people, so essentially it would be the equivalent of a human being having a sexual appetite for a cow.

i'm sure trollocs have a voracious sexual appetite too

unless of course your question is why it's only women and not men?
