Everyone else rightly points out that the BA have 3 oaths as well, and that there is a difference between having oaths removed and being stilled.

I'd like to add that Siuan became young-looking again after her stilling; and it didn't happen immediately, as others would have noticed that (or it would have been general knowledge that that stuff happens). Siuan was chucked into a cell, and in the time between her stilling and her rescue, her appearance changed. Whether an AS has warders may or may not be a factor too.
