They would be in the same position as the half trained Aes Sedai who created the White Tower centuries later. But the big difference would be that they would have much more knowledge from the Age of Legends. Firsthand knowledge.
The BWB states that even 1000 after the Breaking, there was hope of recreating the Age of Legends before the Trolloc Wars broke out. And this was based on fragmentary records only.
So how much greater would the opportunity have been for people who had actually lived in the Age of Legends, to try to recapture some of what was lost.
The point is, they would be more advanced than the barbarians who tried to build the White Tower from scratch, hundreds of years later.
Take 500 Age of Legends Aes Sedai, and 20 000 non-channelers, put them on a peaceful planet, and they could do wonders compared to what those who had to survive through the Breaking could hope to achieve.

Just because they would have a few more weaves handy doesn't mean that they had the means, strength or inclination to recreate the AoL ...
Since they would have started from a tiny population of a few thousand, with zero male channeling potential, it's just as likely that they could have effectively culled the ability to channel out of their world. Think about it, they would not have brought any male AS with them, and since in the AoL they found 100% of those with the ability that means the only men with them would not have the genetic traits to pass along. Sure there would be the few who had the recessive gene, but in such a small population killing those few men that can channel off would quickly result in the loss of the genetic trait.
Maybe they also created breeding kennels so they could maintain the ability to channel? That in and of itself would kill the AoL ideal IMO.
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!
Did Aes Sedai refugees flee via gateway circles to other planets to escape the Breaking?

Even in this perfect world the AS would never be able to come back. No men to link with.

Unless this post-AoL society let the male channelers channel, under intense supervision.

The main point is that you need tens of thousands of male channelers to Break a planet...

You don't think female channelers can pass on the channeling gene to male offspring? And vice versa? *NM*
