the DF that found rand and mat in the stable of the Queen's Man, do you think she will appear again? also what did you make of her dagger?
As Ryan already mentioned she is Milli Skane who is currently under arrest and under guard in Caemlyn. We know this from Mat's PoV in CoS when he spots her wearing a hat having many plumes at the horse races.

I have doubts that she would be given a thakandar forged blade, but that fits better with the circumstances than the other two.
also what do you make of some of the sights that bayle domon has seen?

any ideas? lightsicks are probably bulbs or fluorescent tubes of some sort, heartstone we know, but razorlace? what i get from this is something sharp, yet delicate and intricate. the only thing that springs to mind would be some sort of barbed wire or razor wire, but that's a bit lame.
Semirhage had some glow bulbs in LoC when she is torturing Cabriana Mercendes, iirc. I have no clue about razorlace.
how about this mysterious lattice covered island? something to measure lunar activity or tides, perhaps? or something like a lunar panel to store energy? maybe this silver spike could be a security ter'angreal used in the war of shadow as a sort of protective barrier?
The borderlanders, in the prologue of PoD, meet in a place that is similar to the bowl with the silver spike. I think it described it as a bowl in the mountains with a spire in the middle that the locals thought you would die if you got too close. IIRC, though, the spire was black not silver.
