the DF that found rand and mat in the stable of the Queen's Man, do you think she will appear again? also what did you make of her dagger?

'the wood around the blade was blackening; thin tendrils of smoke rose from the char'

'the blade entered the water with a hiss; steam rose from the surface'

'it looked ordinary if ornate with a pale ivory hilt and a narrow gleaming blade no longer than the palm of his hand'

what do we think; poison, ter'angreal or a thakandar forged blade?

also what do you make of some of the sights that bayle domon has seen?

'lightsticks and razorlace and heartstone. a crystal lattice covering an island and it hums when the moon is up. a mountain hollowed into a bowl and in its centre a silver spike a hundred spans high and anyone who comes within a mile of it dies'

any ideas? lightsicks are probably bulbs or fluorescent tubes of some sort, heartstone we know, but razorlace? what i get from this is something sharp, yet delicate and intricate. the only thing that springs to mind would be some sort of barbed wire or razor wire, but that's a bit lame

how about this mysterious lattice covered island? something to measure lunar activity or tides, perhaps? or something like a lunar panel to store energy? maybe this silver spike could be a security ter'angreal used in the war of shadow as a sort of protective barrier?

She does reappear again in A Crown of Swords. She is Lady Shiaine Avarhin, aka Milli Skane. She is on hand when Jaicham Carradin is executed.
The past is just that, the past. You can only truly live by looking to the future!
