The captured AS are a notable threat because they at least one of them knows weaves like Travelling. My idea on how Egwene can dispose of the threat is this.
The damane are most likely going to be brought first to Ebou Dar. That's the time to strike. Egwene will learn about where da'mane are held, mainly the Palace attic. When the captured Aes Sedai are in Ebou Dar, Egwene needs to strike. What I hope she will do, most likely not, is send an elite group of channellers, most likely led by a Green or Red, all of whom would be able to mask their weaves and their ability to channel. Egwene will send them at night, when the da'mane are sleeping, and find and retrieve all the Aes Sedai. If they pop into the rooms of any damane, they shield, gag, and drag them back with them so the Seanchan lose their weapons.
Any flaws?

It makes sense and would be the smart thing to do. I guess thats a serious flaw for the AS.

Seriously though, it would likely work. Though I think it would work better if they got Asha'man to make the gateways. There is always the risk that some damane could read residues and discover traveling that way.
Another problem is finding out where the damane are. The AS probably dont have all that much intel from the Seanchan, and the AS captured in the raid will probably be considered important enough that their location might be kept secret.
