the bracelet has the same basic mechanism as the collar from various descriptions. I'd imagine it would be harder to aim at the smaller target, and the Sul'dam aren't going to just sit there and do nothing if the bracelet popped off like the damane would.
I don't think any of the captives know how to make it. Beonin may have revealed it, but she couldn't make it, and says as much to Elaida.
Even if the do learn how to make cuendillar, I doubt they'd waste a'dam by permanently attaching them to one person. A'dam aren't exactly easy to make.
We know that weaves can be demonstrated, even if you lack the ability/strenght to actually use them. That is how Cadsuane learned traveling. I would expect Elaida insisted on learning the weave to see if SHE could do it (with her arrogance I would expect she would have thought she could do it). Odds are Elaida knows the weaves.
I think it's safe to assume Elaida knows all the weaves learned in the Rebel camp. The big question is would the Seanchan know to ask her about it? It's going to take weeks if not months to break her to the point where she will openly volunteer such information. Then the Seanchan would have to think up this very unlikely user for Cuendillar too ... seems very far fetched.

The Oath has miles of wriggle room ... it states she won't use the Power as a weapon except in defense of her own life, that of a Warder or another Sister... all the Seanchan have to do is start weaving lethal flows where any AS or Warder might be in mortal danger and all AS can go to town on the damane. If you think about it this is the Warders primary reason for living!

I suspect that against channelers experienced in lethal combat the end result might have been very different. What would have happened if the BA knew things like Rands arrows and blossoms of fire and used them?
Egwene did just fine and she's not got all that much more combat experience. You are also assuming that the AS won't be defending against lethal weaves. Look how well they were doing against the Shaido WO (who for the record were throwing the same basic lethal weaves we've seen of the damane), Galina's group fended off 10:1 odds for quiet some time.
It's not like the damane are particularly skilled with the OP, they just know how to work in a military construct. The AS are clearly the most skilled overall, the raid highlighted how unorganized and how unwilling the AS were to work together, not really how poor they were at combat weaves. Egwene's success should point out the damane weakness and the advantages the AS have when working together.

Sure a few will join forces and link to stop a single man, but that's generally seen as a quick "project" before each woman goes her own way again. The BT represents a philosophical change in the Towers organization. It would take years of concerted and coordinated effort with little or no break to tear down the BT. Meaning no more "volunteer duty" for the AS on this front.

As for losing an a'dam, well, this might be a bit gruesome to say but there is a rather obvious if icky way of removing an a'dam from the neck of a dead damane to be reused. That is to say, get rid of the neck. Hardly the worst thing the Seanchan have done.

Sure, but this is inferior way of attack compared to just killing and will give the benefit of the first LETHAL strike to the Seanchan. Any shielded damane can be unshielded after the fight, but the same is not true for dead AS.

That's because these are men. It is easier for AS to shield women than men. Also, they can see the damane's weaves, as opposed to fighting something invisible with the Asha'man.

There is now a way to mask your channeling weaves, and I am pretty sure Elaida knows that too which means Seanchan will soon know it. I would expect any attack by the Seanchan will soon be done with damane masking their attacks.
