Indeed there are. I can see the 3 ta'vern as being those indicated and this would probably make the most sense overall, especially when we think of their special relationship and Mim's firefly visions.
But I just dont see it being the 3 woman 'as one' as this would indicate that they merge or combine for common purpose when their storylines keep them apart for now. The whole 3 on a boat thing, which is obviously them, is for after the Great battle is done. So is still while off yet.

I believe that Rand will quite soon meet with his three girls before or during TG, and that the great battle in Nicola's Foretelling doesn't refer to TG in general, but another great battle before or during TG, e.g. at Caemlyn. IMO, Rand will fake his death after this battle, and his girls (and Alivia) will somehow help him to pull this off. We also know that the three girls and Rand are already linked via their Bond, but maybe this must become an even closer connection somehow, if one considers the healthy Veins of Gold/Love-experience and that the three girls might all have traits of the one soulmate, Ilyena. This might also be linked to Rand's and Aviendha's odd quadruplets, if maybe somehow Elayne's more grown twins are transfered to Aviendha for some reason. These ideas are rather vague yet, but we will see..
I really wonder, though, if " a blade of light" truly refers to Callandor, since it's already named more personally and negatively in other parts of the Prophecies of the Dragon as "the Sword that Cannot Be Touched" and "his [the Dragon's] sword" and "that fearful blade". On the other hand, it's possible that the Prophecies of the Dragon were compiled from various soruces, which could explain the different naming.
