Therefore, also the idea that Aran'gar and Delana would suddenly live in Graendal's palace is completely unsupported and unlikely (IMO, even absurd) speculation.
You're twisting my words. I have never said that they are living in her palace. It's possible that Delana is permanent resident, and that Aran'gar comes by on occasion much like Sammael did. could Aran'gar have been there when Rand arrived? Absolutely! Was Nynaeve in TAR at the exact moment that Rand was being attacked by Rahvin...???
Besides that, I don't know how you can call anything absurd. Aran'gar is homeless after being discovered. She could be anywhere.
Nothing indicates that Aran'gar or Delana were there. By your logic one could argue in the same way that anyone else was probably there: Moridin, Demandred, Fain and SH probably just had a party at Graendal's palace...
BS can answer plot points in other ways than bringing a character back in such a scene before the death. That would at least fit with the way the series is written.
Except for your massive lapse in memory that CoT was almost entirely a flashback of the Cleansing.
As far as I know, Osan'gar didn't appear in CoT. Very strange, he died in WH, consequently he should have a flashback PoV or at least appear on-screen in the next book to give us further info on his plots!

Graendal is part of several plot lines. Aran'gar at the very least is unseen in TGS, but involved

Again, there is no sensible reason for a scene where Graendal is shown again before her death. *NM*
