Your theories for why the sword is Justice make sense, and you definitely have me questioning my previous assumption that it's callandor.
But ... as entyti said, Rand also thought about callandor being in the prophecies (and not the CK), in the chapter previous to Min and Cadsuane's discussion. So two chapters of callandor contemplation/discussion would be a HUGE red herring at this juncture, it seems to me. Not impossible, but still ...
Anyway, when I was thinking the sword was callandor, I was thinking that the prophecy was of a critical moment in time sometime before the Rand/DO climax occurs. Maybe at a crucial moment during battle in the valley surrounding SG, or something like that. I don't expect Rand to march down into the PoD with callandor in his hands. Whatever Rand does in that climax will not require callandor/huge amounts of the OP, I think.
Also, in your post you said:
Late in the book, Rand commented that he felt LTT knew things about Justice he wasn't telling him.
Do you know which chapter that was in? I tried to find it (using Encyc.Wot, and other resources), but was not successful.

Another major longshot: 3 = the OP, TP, and Mordeth's power. No clue how they would become one. *NM*
