Rand balefiring Graendal's palace was a perfect culmination scene. Consequently, it makes no real sense to basically start a new thread in ToM by placing Graendal in a new lair somewhere else in the Westlands, or to suddenly jump back in the timeline before this culmination.


I agree with your assessment that setting up Graendal in a new location would be a new thread starter and thus, that is highly unlikely.

However, I disagree about suddenly jumping back in the timeline. There WILL be a jump back in timeline because Brandon has to catch Perrin and Mat up to the Egwene and Rand timelines.

Therefore, I don't know enough about Graendal's plans in the Mat and Perrin parts of the world, but if she had a part to play there, we could easily see Graendal in the ToM.
