There are apparently records of it being done in the Trolloc Wars Cannoli Send a noteboard - 08/09/2009 02:24:13 PM
I've been thinking for a while about the weakness iherent in channelers that allows them be turned against their will.

The only explanation of this so far has come from sheriam to a shaken Egwene.

Is it possible that the Mindtrap used by Morodin on Lanfear and Moghedien is this forced conversion.

We've seen before how things like flying hae been misremembered.

The Mindtrap seems to only be possible at Shayol Ghul, which suggests it could not have been done while all seven seals are intact.

Also RJ's description of the forced conversion in the QotW is a personality change, which does not match Moghedian's experience.

There are other instances of channeler vulnerability, such as the a'dam and invountary linking, and possibly the Asha'man bond.
