Except for a few Min Viewings, no Prophecies clearly deal with the time after TG (which makes sense, considering that the Prophecies shall foreshadow events in the books). Therefore it's more likely that also Nicola's foretelling deals with a battle and events before or during TG. It seems pretty absurd to believe that this Prophecy casually tells that TG will be won, but that the future of the world is still undecided, especially when other Prophecies (or comments by RJ) make clear that Rand has only a chance to win TG to save the world.


It's the exact same thing as Min's viewings ... there won't be a Pattern if they lose TG so the Foretellings are only valid IF Rand wins.

Nicola's Foretellings seem very obviously post TG. "The Great Battle done, but the world not done with battle" or something (sorry I'm at works so I don't have the quote handy).

No reason to think that TG is in fact the last battle... given the nature of the Pattern it's inherently NOT.
