Mat remembers a Sea Folk ambassador from the days of the Ten Nations Rurouni_Kenshin Send a noteboard - 25/06/2010 12:15:43 PM
Maybe their ambassadors in the past were killed for trying such stunts. Imagine trying to barge in on the President or the Queen of England because of your customs.

That image actually gives me a chuckle, and I like the Sea Folk.

Apparently they weren't always jerks. Coremanda was landlocked so they must have had a lot more contact with the Westlands back then then they do these days.

LoC,Ch5 - Mat He remembers dancing with a Sea Folk Wavemistress in the court of Shaemal in Coremanda just before the Trolloc Wars.

When the Wolf King carries the hammer, thus are the final days known. When the fox marries the raven, and the trumpets of battle are blown.
