From TGS chapter 45 "The Tower Stands", page 704:

"Every Aes Sedai in the (rebel) camp had been made to swear the Three Oaths over again".

This would include Siuan.

I assumed she has, but I figured it would be an on-screen moment when she did. Her being free to lie was such an important plot point it seems strange they wouldn't make a special mention of it. Especially since Egwene had just found out her Keeper was Black. Granted, though, WE all knew Siuan wasn't a darkfriend and Egwene did too, Siuan was the one to send Egewne and the others off to hunt Blacks early in the series. Perhaps it was a choice Brandon made that RJ would have done differently. *shrug*
