Egwene and Aviendha combined in TFoH (when Avi had been channeling for only a few months)

The merry go round starts again, does it?
I can only repeat that there are overwhelming indications that Egwene is roughly half as strong as Lanfear, and about two thirds as strong as Nynaeve.
Meaning that if Lanfear has a strength of 100, Nynaeve will have a strength of 75, and Egwene will have a strength of 50.
You choose not to believe that. I will never be able to convince you otherwise. Yet that is what the reasonable man would believe based on the evidence in the books.

Could "overwhelm" Lanfear, at full strength they would each be more like 75-80% of Lanfear ... given that only 6 women in the world are stronger than Nynaeve it is ridiculous to assume she is only a 75, she's much more likely to be a 95 at full strength.
here's another tidbit you keep forgetting. 4 women held a shield on Rand. None of these women were more than "average" AS ... on your scale that would make them no more than 15 or so each ... meaning combined they would be less than 55 (assuming a 10% weakening for link). There is no way they could have held Rand.
Then you look at 3 AS (really 2 and half since 1 is Daigian) held Semirhage, and it takes 2 AS to hold Egwene.
Provide direct quotes. You continue to paraphrase things and spin them to your faulty memory. And I'm not going to engage in a pointless argument with someone who can't even accurately quote the text.

I don't know. Elayne knows how strong a woman needs to be in order to activate the Bowl.

Egwene plus Aviendha roughly equal Lanfaer. And yet Lanfear isn't close to double Nynaeve's strength
