Min is fun and all but I don't believe for a moment that she would take on a leadership role of any nation. I doubt she would even want to.
I think it far more likely that without Rand, Min might try to go to one of the schools and try to become a scholar/philosopher and follow in the footsteps of Herid Fel.
I don't think Min has any real desire to lead, certainly not more so than Rand did/does, but if the mantle of leadership was thrust upon her would she abandon the responsibility? That being said I can also see her following a path in academics.
All good things come to those who wait.
