And I believe this book is being edited like those, in pieces. It can be done, just means paying the printers a lot to compensate for the overtime required.

Do you think that getting it out sooner will increase the sells?

I think not, than why should they pay the printer more to get it out sooner?

That's why that I do not hope for much but I pray for a christmas release!!
