A building in which Mierin Eronaile and her colleague Beidomon researched the OP. Granted, I'm sure that, as do science facilities these days, the Sharom contained ter'angreal inside it to assist in studies of the OP, I think it itself was simply a building.
It seemed to me like a university lab where channelers could research the OP.
