Remember? Rahvin blasted Rand's group with lightening, killing Mat, Asmodean and Avi (among others).

Rand flipped out, they had their whole battle sequence, then Rahvin got balefired hard.

Next day, everyone's fine, and people keep mentioning the Mat and Asmo that they thought they were dead.

Then Asmodean gets murdered. Ha!



(oh man what if Graendal killed Asmodean and the balefire was strong enough to bring him back to life? Probably won't happen- Asmo couldn't be resurrected because of "where and how he was killed," which implies balefire, but still, that'd be a twist)
