Okay, sort of. You can't see the full detail of it because of the massive COVER NOT FINAL banner, but you can get the gist of it. Presumably that's Mat, Thom and Noal going into the Tower of Ghenjei.
Looks like Sweet's gone back to just being mediocre after his romp into the land of utter drek for TGS.

I don't know - doesn't the artwork kind of begs for the book to be subtitled "A sequel to The Great Hunt", and that one stands among his worst covers.
Then, he put the ToG in the middle of the woods while in the books it stands on a plain and is visible from leagues away (hopefully, that's just a typical Sweet error, not something he picked from a Sanderson/Harriet continuity error).
And what the heck is that awful golden thingy that looks more like a cheap prop from Xena than a proper weapon the middle character is holding? Is that supposed to be Mat with his ashan'darei, while it's Noal who is opening up the tower by tracing the symbol (not with a knife and it won't likely be bronze - that's way to many details to ask Sweet to keep track of...)? If that's a depiction of the ashan'darei, then Sansweet should look back at his own old craoppy covers as it's not at all how he used to depict it!
Oh well, as usual this looks like another dustjacket that'll go straight from the bookstore shelf to the nearest recycling bin, with a thought for the poor tree sacrificed for that.

Isn't that a rip-off of the WoT RPG cover?

It does sort of look like it, except the RPG has a woman (I assume Aes Sedai) holding the leaf *NM*
