how in the hell are they going to wrap this thing up?
In terms of the forward-moving storyline, the two sides are more or less now set up. Obviously UnLocke is going to try to take Hydra Island and steal the plane or the sub so he can escape, and eliminate or corrupt the Candidates to do so. I think it's also fairly likely that he will be stopped, and one of our heroes (Jack, most likely at this point, but I wouldn't rule out Hurley or Sawyer) will become the new Jacob to re-imprison MiB on the Island for good. Probably some fatalities along the way, and maybe the revelation that those who die in the primary timeline actually live on in the Sideverse, so all the deaths to date are not in vain.
In terms of myth-arc revelations and answers, I think there's going to be less explained than what people are expecting. Not 'everything' is going to be resolved, although I know that Adam & Eve (the skeletons in the caves), the whispers in the jungle, the backstory of MiB and Jacob and the origins of the statue, the frozen donkey wheel and the Island are all answered in some depth before the end. We may also get more info on why Libby was in the mental hospital, which is small fry in the grand scheme of things, but seems to bug a lot of people.
I think really detailed answers beyond that are going to not really be forthcoming. Of those answers the only one I'm really invested in is what is up with Christian Shepherd (ghost? MiB?) and what was going on with Jacob's magically moving cabin in the woods in Seasons 3 and 4? I also think we need more information on Desmond and Faraday's Constant/Variable relationship which was left unresolved by Faraday's death last season. If these issues are answered, I'll be pretty satisfied overall with the series.
