It would be a somewhat dignified end to a series that lost its way. I vote to end.

Why? Seeing Good Sylar become Bad Sylar again would irritate me. I'm tired of Claire's whining story lines. Etc, and so forth.
The series was originally designed to have a rotating cast, changing greatly from season to season. While I grew as attached to certain characters as everyone else, I think it would've made Heroes a better show. They kept too many, stringing them along, and it did more harm than good. When they finally write some characters out, people complain.

The sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.
