He says: "You tell me the US Government is covering something up, I'll tell you, 'it must be Tuesday.'" This seems to be a not-infrequent fourth-wall joke for a TV show to cite the night it airs.
In Season One, Fringe aired on Tuesdays. This year, it mostly airs on Thursdays.

Also, calling it "Unearthed" is not particularly good a choice for this episode, at least no more than just about any Fringe episode.
