I expected to be entertained, but I didn't expect to have that much fun!
This film had so much to offer:
- the second best title sequence of the year (after Watchmen) with Metallica's "For whom the bell tolls".
- Abigail Breslin being as awesome as a young teenager as she was as a kid. And Woody Harrelson being cooler than ever. And this girl Emma Stone with the biggest eyes ever, oh la la!
- An excellent soundtrack, especially Doves "Kingdom of rust" while driving into LA was a magic moment.
- The interactive zombie survival rules.
- The amusement park showdown, great idea!
- Characters you love to care about. Especially when they finally get a twinkie or trash an Indian gift shop.
- And Bill Murray in the best cameo ever. We were laughing tears.
One of the biggest laughs / scares we had this year!
We demand a sequel! Bring on Zombieworld!

Glad you enjoyed it. I recently caught my second viewing at the local cheap theater. *NM*
