Let's review the list:
Bewitched - Samantha and her look-alike cousin Serena
I Dream of Jeannie - Jeannie and her sister (who wore green to distinguish herself and had black hair but was still Barbara Eden)
Gilligan's Island - There was a look-alike Gilligan imposter AND a Mr. Howell look-alike
Friends - Phoebe's twin sister, Ursula (and, very briefly, Rachel's boyfriend Russ, played by David Schwimmer and barely distinguishable from Ross)
The plot device was used so often that VH1 devoted an entire episode of its show "Super Secret TV Formulas" to talk about it.
