Sylar collects powers all the time that never appear again. Ever. And recently his power suddenly gave him the ability to diagnose aneurysms and brain tumors just by looking at a person. And then perform a precision telekinetic cut to remove said aneurysm without even opening the person's skull. Since when does he have the power to look through bones? If he does have that power, then why does he need to cut open skulls to look at the brains?
