...this movie just made me angry.

FIrst of all, I live in Los Angeles, and this movie is shot in Los Angeles, and yet portrays LA to look and behave like Chicago. Puh-lease.

Second, I hated the Summer character. She was unbearable. And I just couldn't believe Tom was so much in love with her, which complete blew the movie's presence. Die b*tch die.

Third, I hated the message. That relationships are either working or not working, and there's no sense of "working" on it to make it better, or sense of time spent with someone having value if you're not "soulmates."

Fourth, I thought the cinematic tricks, and sappy soundtrack, were cheap gimmicks to make up for a bad story. But the quirkiness felt forced, not inspired, and the odd graphics really irritated me because they didn't make up for the rest of the pile of crap.


I'm sorry to be so negative, I'm not usually like this, but I've been waiting months to vent about this movie!
