Super creep probably refers to Simon (MerryCharlie) who picks up women with cheesy lines and cute versions of Schrödinger's cat. I wonder if he killed the woman he was with. He also has a FF (strangling someone), so he was none of the people walking around during the blackout.

Benford's board in the FlashForward included something about Blue Hand Baltimore. He thought Baltimore might refer to the nearby street with the same name, though the other guy thought it might be Baltimore the city.
